Theme session "Archaeometry Studies
in the Aegean: Reviews and recent developments"
- Oral presentations
Oral papers will be of 20 minutes duration
with five minutes discussion. Slide and transparency as well as
computer projection equipment will be available.
- Poster presentations
Since a large number of papers has been submitted,
many papers will be presented in poster sessions. Poster and oral
sessions on the same subject will be presented on the same day.
The poster dimensions should be strictly 100 cm (high) x 70 cm
(wide). Suitable material for placing posters will be provided.
- Official languages
The Symposium official languages are Greek
and English. Simultaneous translation to both languages will be
provided.
- Proceedings Publication
All papers presented may be submitted for
publication in the Symposium Proceedings by the end of September
2003. Papers should be written in English. All papers will be
peer reviewed by the members of the International Scientific Committee.
Instructions on the paper format will be given on the 3rd circular.
The Symposium Proceedings will be published either to an independent
volume or a relevant scientific journal.

Fees cover the Symposium folder with all
relevant material, the opening reception and coffee during the
Coffee Breaks. Payment instructions, as well as the cost of the
optional participation to the Symposium dinner and the social
events will be announced shortly in the Symposium Web site.
* This fee includes participation at the
cocktail, two of the museum tours available and the walk in the
historical center of Athens and the unified archaeological sites
(see activities).
